ROCK (Rocketry o' Orlando's Community Kids) is an Orlando, Florida, based model rocket club which encourages children and adults t' embrace t' exciting, shiver me timbers, fun, safe, and educational hobby o' sport rocketry. Begad! Blimey! T' "Kids" in our name refers t' "children o' all ages" (kids and adults) who enjoy buildin' and flyin' model rockets.
Whether you are new t' t' hobby or have been flyin' rockets for years, matey, we invite you t' join us on t' first Saturday o' each month when we launch rockets at t' Barr Street entrance t' t' Little Econ State Forest in Oviedo, Florida.
Our club provides launch pads and controllers. Aye aye! Brin' your own rockets, motors, and other launch supplies as well as a foldin' chair, matey, water t' drink, and snacks.
